The Fifth Pentacle of Venus (Love Talisman)

The fifth and final love talisman from the Key of Solomon is described as follows: “This pentacle is good for love; when properly consecrated, whoever you show it to will be filled with love.” You can simply carry it on your person; that is enough. The figure in the center is the word “ahava” inscribed within the Square of Venus. It translates as “love.” Mathers says that the names ELOHIM and EL GEBIL are inscribed around the central square, but he cannot decipher the rest. In truth, however, the names inscribed there are ELOHIM and ADONAY; the other two words are not names but anagrams of phrases from Deuteronomy that have a numerical gematria of 12. And there is also the name of the spirit Dagiel. The inscription around the circle translates as: “My heart has become like wax; it has melted within me.” Each of the talismans presented here was crafted with strict attention to every detail, such as planetary timing, the overall positive astrological aspect during consecration, the material used, specially consecrated tools, and so on.
